American style IPA brewed using Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial and Mt. Hood hops. A beer with crisp hop flavor and bitterness well balanced with American malt sweetness.

on tap at the brewery, pours light amber with a medium off white head. Aroma is a big hop bouquet of pine, pineapple and tropical fruits, dank grassy notes and light toast. Flavor is light toast and nuts ending super dry with again very pine, dank and grassy hops. Really nice IPA that is so freaking dry in the finish you just have to keep drinking.

Draft at Town Hall. Rich hoppy aroma. Nice hoppy taste followed by a solid sweet malt backbone. Filtered orange-brown, foamy head that laces the glass. Awesome display of hops while the body remains clean. Exceptional balance. World Class.

Growler pours a hazy, burnt orange with a frothy, off white head. BIG aroma, hoppy, pine, citrus fruits, earthy, a little biscuit, orange scones. Flavor is sweet, hoppy, lemon juice, orange rind, soapy, pine, caramel malts, light cracker. Full bodied, bitter finish. Smooth.

Growler courtesy of tarheels86, thank you sir! Dark golden color, small white head. Intense grass aroma, nice taste, with aroma favored rather than bitterness.

A top tier American IPA. This beer pours a rich amber with orange highlights. It has an excellent head and lots of lacing. Combination of hops, mostly floral and piney. There’s a touch of sweet citrus, but it’s a minor player compared to many IPAs. Underneath the hop aromas, there’s an incredible and surprising maltiness. It has a fruity, nutty aroma and flavor that makes me think of an Amber Ale. The flavor is a tad dry and yeasty. The bitterness is extremely well-balanced, while maintaining a good hop bite.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear amber with a slight orange hue. The head was white and laced very nicely. Aroma was mainly piney hops with an undertone of grainy malts. Flavor was full of pine hops with an undertone of citrus and malts.

Rich copper color with a large, creamy beige head. Pungent aroma of citrus, grapefruit, florals, and pure hoppy goodness. Smooth and rich hoppy taste is again full of citrus and florals, some grapefruit and resin. Mild malt backer. Very nice.

Growler from tytoanderso, shared at Lost Abbey. Pours with a creamy tan head and a hazy bronze body. Aroma is clean with a ton of pine. Taste is pine and caramel with a lot of residual uneaten sugar. Light bubbles creamy carbonation. Not the worlds best IPA, but very good.
