A light copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light fruity notes, treacle, faint hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet nutty caramel malt with faint hops, so-so. On tap at brewery.

12oz bottle pours clear deep copper with a nice yet thin contrasting almost bright white ring of foam. The aroma is a little nutty, a little sweet and a little roasty. The taste hits with a mix of roasted malts, nuttiness and sweet crystal maltiness. To midway and into the finish it picks up some malt earthiness and a faint yet vague hoppiness. Decent enough.

Like a heavily toasted ipa or American pale. Very nice hop presence when fresh. Good stuff.
