Cask gravity @ [ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen 1207, Denmark ].Unclear yellow color with a virtually none head. Aroma is apple, vinegar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and sour with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

(Draught from the barrel, Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 26 July 2008) Greenish yellow colour with no head. Fruity, sour, vinous nose with green apples, wood, vinegar and paint remover. Fruity, acidic taste with notes of green unripe apples, citrus and a hint of vinegar. Dry, tart finish. Rather full body, very vinous. Interesting, but not really my kind of cider.

Draught @ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with no head. Fruity tart apple aroma. Sweet fruity and slightly tart apple flavor. Sweetish tart alcoholic apple finish.

Draught at Lord Nelson.Hazy golden colour with no head.Aroma of sour apple and wood.Flavor is more like citrus with a dry finish.

(Cask) Hazy golden. Lightly tart apple aroma with plenty of sulphur. Aroma of sulphur and rubber. Quite full-bodied but completely flat. Unclean apple notes. The finish is almost pure alcohol. Hard to drink. 260408

Draft. A hazy light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is dominated by apples, but also with notes of plumps and fresh wood. The flavor has strong notes of wood and medium notes of wood, apples, and vanilla. Served at room temperature - just a bit too warm.

From tap at Lord Nelson, from barrel. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Light woody, vanilla and apple aroma. Living room warm when served, not cooled at all. Flavour is smooth dry with a light vanilla note into the finish. Dry and smooth apple flavour. Solid acidic to citric finish mixed with wood notes. Very dry finish with a mild yet persiting vanilla note.
