50cl bottle cloudy brown, large thick smooth light brown head. aroma of sweet fruits, almonds, marcipan, faint caramel and sugar. flavor is peppery, sweet, not as fruity as aroma, figs, marcipan, good alc burn. quite tasty in its own weird way, also quite sweet, not as much malty sweet, but more a fruity berry sweetness, like perhaps a red ale sort of.

Thick-set yellow head over fully hazy red-amber beer, textbook lace. Very grainy nose, malts, coloured malts and some grass, point of acidity. Bready, lightly smoked, higher sugars, unrefermentables peeping through at every sip. Well-bodied, slick, creamy texture, velvety. Very nice beer and even more so as it proves even biological beers can be tasteful. Now the same for the veggies...

500 ml bottle. Dark reddish brown body with a dense, fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, traces of chocolate and a slightly hint of cellar notes. Flavor is Sweet, bitter chocolate, caramel and a hint of rum. I find this a very plesant beer.

Bottle. The beer pours a clear golden body under a small, creamy head of off-white to beige color. Rubbery, sulfury notes gives the aroma an unpleasant twist, but there’s also alcohol, rum maybe, and after a while, chocolate and toffee appears. The flavor is malty and toffee-ish with some fruity notes. Not much bitterness. Medium body and very low on carbonation. A really boring beer, but not much wrong with it except for the initial aromas. (080620)
