A beer with bright copper hues, a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance and with a moderate cream colored head. It immediately releases scents of honey and a subtle aroma of yellow fruit, and then closes with notes of biscuits and delicate balsamic hints. It strikes with its delicate sweetness and the balance between the notes of honey - which are there, but are not cloying - fruit and flowers, ranging from mature apricots to chamomile blossoms.

Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color ale with a super large pure white frothy head with great retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma of floral notes with loads of honey. Taste is also dominated by floral notes with distinctive honey without being overly sweet. Body is quite light with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Honey taste is probably a tad too much for me but interesting mix nonetheless.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Fruity and lightly spicy aroma. Medium body with fruity notes. Has a violent and vulgar carbonation with huge bottles. Discreetly bitter finish. 290508

Small yellow head, persistent over fully hazy ochre-orange beer. Sweetish, spiced, but not specificaly honey; garden herbs. Dry, fiery malts taste, less sweet, unless in the finish. Sugary, but not at all like candi sugar. Cristallized malts. Well bodied, very slick, near syrupy. Generally speaking, this beer is too sweet for my taste. But it has a strong character, and it represents more than just an ordinary, syrupy beer.
