Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of berries. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of berries, lending it a bit of acidity, leading to a dry ans slightly tart finish, where the note of berries lingers. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy amber golden with a dense off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma of fruit and a whiff of yeast. Medium body with light fruity accents and a vague underlying acidity. The finish is short and dry. 290508

Bottle 75cl @ [ Mafioso Blind Tasting @ yespr, Bottle #34.]Light unclear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cabbage, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, vinegar with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 34#] Hazy dark amber with large off white head. Sourish aroma with toasted malt and caramel. Sour flavor with toasted malt, caramel and berries. Ends sour. Clearly infected.

Bottle#34: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy redish with a collapsing off-white head. Mild yeasty and spiced aroma. Shows a light note of infection. Flavour is sweet caramel malt with a light citric touch throughout. Mild yeasty touch towards the finish. Citric bite into the finish, sadly also infected.

Hazy dark amber color. A bit of hop aroma, also soapy and with citrus fruits. Quite good caramel and malt flavor, but spoiled by a light sourness/infection; also some vegetables.
