Draft @ Fiera della birra di Forli ’14. Dorée-paille sur un léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme offre de suite le caractère ester allemand tirant sur la banane. Houblonné noble allemand arrive en rétro-nasal. Palais garde ici aussi tout le caractère allemand avec une levure intense dans les confins des esters. Malts de caractère surtout au niveau ’wheat malts’ malt de blé, léger côté Pilsner pour un fini légèrement ’bready’.

[10/15/13] Draught at Bir & Fud in Rome. Hazy orange with a white head. Estery aroma with banana and a hint of spiciness. Sweetish wheaty flavor with yeast, fruity esters and mild spiciness. Medium-bodied. Not flavorful enough, but pretty refreshing and easy-drinking.

Hefiger, stark bananiger aber auch wässriger Beginn. Weiterhin bananig, süffig. Die Hefigkeit ist stark, die anderen Aromen schwächeln aber. 12/7/10/7/12/7

Bottle in Rome from Domus Birrae. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Light semi dry palate. Sweetish pale malt with sweet banana underneath. Minerally sting in the tale. Not very weizen like but okay.

Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small white head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: very cheesy, yeast, vegetables, meat stock. MF: low carbon, light body. Taste: citric start, little fruity, barf (yes), stock. Aftertaste: nasty sour touch. Beer gone bad? Infected lines in the brewery? Or just yucky beer...

Bottled.An unclear golden beer with a medium cream colored head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit especially peaches, and medium notes of malt and yeast. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of citrus, and light notes of malt and peaches, leading to a dry and spicy finish. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Light-bodied with yeast and fruit and some coriander. The finish is dry without any real bitterness - but very, very yeasty. 290508
