Bottle 75cl @ [ Mafioso Blind Tasting @ yespr, Bottle #05.]Unclear light to medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity, spicy, moderate yeasty, banana notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (300508)

Bottle #5: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Solid spiced aroma. Fizzy mouthfeel. Flavour is medium dry and spiced, minor berry note. Bitter and dry finish with more spice notes.

Biggish coarse white head. Hazy opaque yellow body with carbonation. Sweetish bubblegum and fruit aroma with milky yeasty notes. Touch of barnyard about it. Sweetish fruit bubblegum taste with yeasty notes. Aftertaste is the same, but drier. Decent, but not really good. (0.75l bottle from Mulligan’s in Milan, tasted at Knut Albert’s.)

Hazy blond color. The aroma has some fruits and esters. It has a dry mouhfeel, residual sweetness, and light fruitiness from the yeast; low bitterness; very simple. Uninteresting.

Cloudy blond color. Some apple aroma. Medium strong body, but somehow dry mouthfeel for this Belgian Strong Ale, with quite strong bitterness and traces of apple too.

Small head; fully hazy orange beer. Bready, slightly spicey nose, a bit of ketone-like smell, as well as vanilla. Buttery, maybe a bit of diacetyl but surely coriander - and curaçao peel. Buttery MF, slick, wheat-like. Very mediocre beer.
