(bottle 0,75l @ Biancofarina (Bari)) Overall: Very nice, refreshing. Aroma: Fresh, coriander, malty, sweet. Appearance: Hazy yellow. Medium, white head. Taste: Medium sweet, malty, spicy, fresh, peel, light bitter. Palate: Light-medium body. Dry, light bitter finish.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours cloudy yellow with a little head. Aroma is banana, herbs, cough syrup, medicine. Light body with a crisp carbonation, still fruity, but rather short again. The carbonation drowns the flavours. Palate is short and sparkly. Nice.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è conforme alla media e la persistenza olfattiva è sensata. La schiuma è costituita da bollicine fini. Un liquido opalescente ha colore giallo torbido. Il corpo è pieno. Alla lingua arriva un dolce medio, un amaro moderato, un acido leggero ed una traccia di umami. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è felpato, secco e pulito.

Pale orange, hazy body, with a medium, frothy, white head.
Aroma of spices, banana, dried fruits, some barnyard, vanilla.
Tastes of spices, wheat, banana, orange, some vanilla.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes spicy, wheaty, yeasty, fruity.
Good. Nothing special overall, a typical Wit, but easy and refreshing. Enjoyed the nose more than the taste though.

BB 06/2016. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, soapy, light sweat, spices, coriander, light peach. light to medium body, rather bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, acidic, lightly sour, spices, coriander, very light sweetness, grass. finishes with citric notes, light sourness and light herbs. didnt like the smell too much, but I the taste is quite nice. Overall good beer. Would drink again.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour. Aroma sourish, flowery, rather light spices. Taste pretty characteristical, coriander, citrusy, only light light sourness, phenolic yeast character. Easily drinkable. Slightly too yeasty for me but otherwise okay.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlichem Schaum. Geruch leicht hefig, leicht fruchtig, Gewürze. Geschmack hefig würzig, leicht fruchtig.

Bottle, gift from a friend. Hazy yellow color with huge white head. Yeast, wheat, citrus in aroma. Taste, wheat, banana, tropical fruit, spices. Light bitterness in fruity finish. Went well with salty pumpkin pie.

Pours clear amber with a large head.Nose shows phenols, orange peel, coriander and doughy wheat. A bit too much citrus. Pretty similar flavours: copious orange peel and coriander with some underlying wheat. There is also a soft vegetal character and overt yeasty notes which are a bit off-putting.Too much carbonation.Refreshing but some off flavours getting in the way.

Bottle at Taste Firenze. Fragrant wheat malt with light tropical fruits and banana. Controlled estery flavor, wheat, dry finish. A nice, original Witbier.
