Dark amber with a firm white head. Rich malt, chocolate and flowery aroma. A thin flavour, mostly hops bitterness. I’ll agree that it isn’t a stout at all, but if you’re not looking at the label, it’s a good beer.

Sampled draught at Dansk Ølfestival.
Nut brown. Neutral nose. Roasty with lots of coffee and cocoa. Dry and clean, salty bitterish finish. As it is not dark enough, and is bottom fermented the name "stout" is confusing. Judged as a a stout it is lousy, but as a dark lager it does have it’s good sides.

Dark amber color. A Dunkel, dry, with a strong caramel and roasted malt character, and a strong bitterness; long final. Thanks Jens (Ungstrup).

The aroma is very light with notes of yeast - not an aroma of a stout. The color is red-brown and it has an OK but disappearing head. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy with a somewhat dry end, but no stout flavor. All in all a boring beer. I hope this newly started brewery will improve as experience is gained.
