With a bold body and a silky texture, Defcon 5 doesn’t go unnoticed. Its base of lager malt, flaked oats, and chit malt provides structure, creating a hazy softness. Despite its heft, the beer has a light dryness and a surprisingly delicate feel that keeps you coming back for more.

What makes it truly special is its fermentation with Saturated yeast from WCH Labs, bringing out a rich tropical complexity. A dry-hop blend of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Citra adds depth, pulling you into a whirlwind of flavors: ripe mango, juicy peach, fresh papaya, tart blueberry, and crisp grape, all coming together in a spectacular Double IPA.

Vibrant juicy fruity action, lots of pineapple and papaya, mango and peach, nice and juicy, sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Good stuff.
