(50 cl bottle at EBF 2008, Sunday September 14)Served room temperature by the brewers so we could taste it, but was recommended to be tried very cold.Clear straw yellow color, white head. Heerbal, spicy, mint scent. Herbal taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

aroma quite faint, but what there is, wheat-beer. a little bit hazy yellow with white head.. looks nice. flavor is watery wheat beer, with a little more orange than usually, not much aftertaste, no bitterness. very drinkable, very refreshing. at 4.5% good session beer.

Bottle 50cl @ home.Unclear hazy medium yellow grey color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is citrus shell, soap, moderate spicy - ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (200508)

Bottle at ÅBF08. Fruity, citric, spicy aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, OK stable white head. Quite clean flavour, slightly spicy. Good summer beer.

50cl bottle. Pours unclear to muddy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is wheat & spices -herbs, ginger & citrus. Thin, fizzy, sour & spicy mouthfeel. Not good!

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are malt, citurs and yeast.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle, german yeast version. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mildly spiced and wheaty. Flavour is mild mynthe with a light citrusy/orange peel note. Light spiced finish. Nice, yet I would have guessed this to be the Belgian version though.

Druaght at Aarhus festival. Hefe-version. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty heavy yeasty nice hefe-aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average nice bitter finish. Oily palate. OK hefe. Witt version Bottle. 4.0 ABV: 7-3-7-3-14: 3.4 Fantastic summer beer, light but powerfull. Loads of citrus/grape notes. Great finish. One of a kind in Denmark.
