Bottle. Nice big head with good duration. Color is golden and slightly hazy. Aroma and taste are malt, yeast and banana.

Cloudy orange golden color, medium white head. Aroma of banana, some hop. Quite bitter for a wheat, slight sour. Citrussy palate.

Bottle, 5.6%. OK clove aroma. Clear golden colour, sparkling. Looks like a Kristallweizen. The flavour has some clove, a hint of coriander. OK wheat mouthfeel, slightly swelling. I liked it better in the olden days, when this looked and tasted like alcoholic orange juice.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Powerfull yeasty and hoppy aroma, but lacks citrusnotes. To bitter flavor. Average finish. Strange soft carbonated palate. Strange messy beer, but ok score afterall

Draught at Carlsen’s Kvarter, Odense. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Traditional hefeweizen aroma with an unusual hint of vomit and rotting fruits. Flavour is much better than the aroma, but unusually sweet for a hefe, plenty of cloves though.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clasically pale and hazy with a huge, bubbly head. Very Belgian style with notes and coriander and orange peel and a rather marked bitterness. Refined - but I remember this being better when I had it on tap. 100903

Tap: Hazy orange with big beautiful head. Lemon, spice and yeast aroma. Somewhat sour flavour, refreshing but not remarkable. Nice soft mouthfeel.

Very hazy, yellow/brown-ish colour. Nice head. Spicy, orangey, hefe weizen-ish aroma. Extremely spicy flavour. Nice, in the beginning but after half a bottle I start thinking of cough mixture.

Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma of citrus fruits, wonderful blend of citrus fruits, some malt, spices. Maltier than others, maybe one of the most complex white beers I had. Brøckhouse will always surprise me!

Unfilteret and very yellow in color - it has a nice head when poured, but it disapears quickly. It has a very fruity aroma. The flavor is very light, very fruity but with a hop bitterness that lingers. It has a very good balance between the malt sweetness and the hop bitterness. It's a very drinkable beer - a great summer beer - I prefer it over Hoeggaarden Wit.
