Clear golden with huge white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty aroma with coriander notes. Sweet fruity flavor with yeasty, orange peel and coriander notes. This is surely not a Hefeweizen. Belgian Ale would be more suitable.

Draught. Pours a hazy orange color with a white head. Sweet malty and wheaty aroma. Sweet malty wheaty spicy flavor. Sweet malty and slightly alcoholic finish.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy golden. Hay aroma. Sweet and lightly fruity.Flavour of orange and wheat malt. Almost no esters, instead hops are taking it’s place. Medium bitterness. Interesting and quite drinkable.

Bottle. Dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, fruit, malt. Flavour is hop, sweet, fruit, malt, wheat.

Bottled. Looks a lot like Elverpigens Fryd, another weissbier from Stevns, with an unclear, almost golden body and a small, off-white head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, malt-notes and pine. The flavor has hops, wheat, malt, citrus and pine. Medium body. A hoppy wheat beer, another untypical wheat from Stevns. (061222)

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Nice hefe aroma and flavor. OK palate. Ordinary but ok hefe.

An unclear muddy orange-brown beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of flowers, malt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of spices and peaches.
