500ml bottle bought at Barley Wine, Copenhagen. Decent white head over a clear, golden-orange body. Smell of sweet fruits. Orange sweetness, and little else, in flavour. Sweet all the way with a little touch of spices. Sugar bomb (hotel room, 14.05.2009).

Unlabeled bottle. Beer in the glass looks good, very zippy, nice head. Starts very sweet and hoppy, a bit drier in the middle. Finish very sweet again, like sugar. Very drinkable. Not bad! Big thanks to HenrikSoegaard for the beer!

Bottle that I picked up from the brewery in Denmark, Sept, 2008. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Some sacchrine comes through and this tastes just a little too sweet despite the citrus, there is some yeast and spices but too sweet for a Saison for my liking. A6 A4 F6 P3 OV13 3.2

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of orange juice and ginger. Medium body with very sweet fruits - almost sugary - some cardamom and ginger being the most prominent spices. Subdued bitterness. Too sweet. 250909

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with small foamy head. Aroma is spices, some barnyard, grass and some mild zesty notes as well. Flavour is earthy, yeasty, mildly spicy and fruity. Quite sweet Saison, but still refreshing.

Bottled. Hazy golden, creamy head. Fruity orangey nose. Bready and sugary with concentrated orangey flavour. Quite soft, but overly sweet and lacking more subtle nuances. A pretty good beer overall, but no masterpiece.

A bit hazy golden color, not much head, just some white foam. Clove and coriander spicey aroma. Fruity, sweetish, lots of spices (pepper, clove). Almost Christmas beer in its spiceyness. Not a traditional Belgian saison and kind of miss from usually superb brewery.

Bottle. Light unclear light amber orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lancing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, medicine. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (160508)
