500 ml bottle at Montra Hotel Sabro Kro. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. ABV is 6.5%. Served a bit too warm. Deep golden to orange colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Yeasty and malty aroma and flavour, notes of sugar, hints of ripe berries, spices and orange peel. A bit too yeasty to earn a higher rating.

Bottle collected from brewery - fuzzy orange in colour, with a thin white head and lacing. Fruity sour taste overall, orange, lemon, peach notes, with sweetish malts. Has a very "saison" taste to it. Not bad.

50 cl bottle. Rated on 30.03.2010
Murky, yellow-orange colour. Small-bubbled head. Aroma is stale and feels like a mix of Sour Ale (actually Mikkeller It’s Alight is very close) and Saison with earthy notes. Flavour is weird with berries typical to Danish ales, some ash and sourness. Messy but drinkable.

Bottled@Mallaskukko, Turku. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is mild sourness, some caramel, some slight wooden and mild raisiny notes. A quite sourish tone over the aroma as a whole. Flavour is sour wood, toffee, some maltyness and some mild herbal and floral hops. Also some yeastyness. As for the "sour" notes along with the malts and hops, this is actually quite Belgian to the style.

Bottled 500ml (Mallaskukko, BB 01/2014)
Slightly hazy orange color, small, mostly vanishing white head. Orange, orange peels, sweetish honey-sugary aroma. Medium-bodied. Quite flat mouthfeel. Refreshing orange flavor, somewhat tart. Elderflower and spices. Lingering sweetness and tartness in the aftertaste. Homebrewish.

Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy gold beer. Semi dry palate, very low carbonation. Sweetish malt and something fruity. Very drinkable but could do with a little more carbonation.
