Cask at Århus Ølfestival. Served an almost clear, golden body with a layer of off-white bubbles on top. Citrusy hops and some caramel and malt in the aroma. Quite nice actually. Caramel and fruityness in the flavor, with citrusy hops giving some bitterness. Medium body. Delicate citrus and bitterness in the finish. Very quaffable and delicate beer. But a bit boring. (080516)

Cask Conditioned at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Cloudy dark amber color; big creamy head. Yeasty caramel aroma. Soft mouthfeel, but the yeast makes it too rough; fresh cask... Late bitterness.
