Backlog February 2009. Golden body under a small white head. Aroma of malt and candy sugar. Mild, light sweet malty flavour with some fruitiness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent but not great, nor typical to style.

0,5 flaske fra Fish&Beer, Amagerbrogade (København), på hytta: klar oransjegylden med kort skum. Duft av mandariner, søt appelsinmarmelade, hvit kandis og aprikoser. Smaken er naturligvis søt, som de fleste tripels gjerne er. Fruktig, litt klissete munnfølelse. Svært mild bitterhet, og alkoholen merkes først når den varmer i magen.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, sugar, caramel, mild alcohol and some spices and yeast as well. Flavour is sweet malts, mild alcohol, spices, mild yeasty and herbal notes as well. Balanced and quite nicely balanced tripel.

cloudy orange, large offwhite head aroma is sweet spicy, fruity, slight spritty. flavor is spritty, spices, sweetness as in honey.

Bottle. Golden- orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, fruit, sugar. Flavour is sweet, fruit, alcohol, herbs, hop. Full bodied nice beer.

Bottle. It pours a hazy orange-golden body under a creamy, beige head. Sweet, fruity nose with herbs and sugars. Pleasant hops. Sweet and fruity flavor with herbal bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Full-bodied and lightly warming. Lasting finish with sugars and some herbs. Not the typical tripel, but a really nice one. Maybe a bit focused on sweetness and lacking some complexity, but sure worth a try. (090213)

Cloudy amber with medium off white head. Sweet spicy aroma with yeasty and fruity notes. Very spicy flavour with loads of coriander, yeast and ripe fruits. Warming alcohol kicks in towards the end.

Bottle. Frothy off-white excellent mostly lasting head. Very dark yellow colour. Light malty haevy hoppy/yeasty aroma. Heavy bitter almost harsh flavor overpowering the fruity esters. Heavy biotter nice long fuinish with strong anis-notes. Fizzy and oily palate.
