Hazy yellow colour with small off-white head.Aroma of wheat and light fruity,sweet flavor of caramel and lot of strong alc.Medium body and sweet finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy golden with a decent and a little rough off-white head. Aroma is fruity with teast and alcohol. Quite full-bodied with plenty of malt and fruit - even a little overripe fruit - yeast and diacetyl with a moderate bitterness. Solid and pleasant Tripel - perhaps a bit to the sweet side. 120708

Draught at ÅBF08. Weak yeasty aroma. Hazy orange colour. No head. The flavour is quite sweet, almost sugary. The alcohol does not really come out much in the flavour.

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Light unclear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lancing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, spices, ginger, butter, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (170508)

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast, fruit, and spices, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Århus2008. From tap. Aroma is mild spiced and slight hoppy. Mild spiced flavour with a solid spiced and malt/wheaty note. Ends much the same way: mild spiced and slight malty. Light spiced and yeasty into the far finish.
