Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown color with a small off-white head. Has a malty coffee aroma with some roasted hints. Has a roasted malty coffee flavor with some hints of chocolate. Has a roasted malty coffee finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very cloudy and opaque brown with an off-white head. Distinct burned coffee aroma. Medium body with dry burned malts and very distinct coffee notes. The bitterness is rather subdued though. 260708

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is coffee and roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long to average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. (170508)

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of coffee and roasted malt, and so is the flavor.

Draught at ÅBF08. Spicy aroma. The flavour has some spicy yeast. Quite roasted finish. Served lukewarm. I cannot really taste the coffee.

Århus2008. From tap, came as Stevns kaffeøl testbryg D041B. Pours dark and hazy brown with a huge chocolate brown head. Aroma is light acidic coffee with a solid roasted note. Dry malty and coffee-ish with a light stinging nettle note, classic coffee beer bitterness. Dry malty and coffee flavour. Light spiced finish.

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are vanilla, coffee and malt. Good long sweet coffee finish.

Tap @ Aarhus beerfestival 2008. Brown color, short head. Aroma of freshly grinded coffee. Taste of coffee that stood too long on the table though. So coffee, but cold, and not in a nice way like a decent porter or stout.

Draught at Aarhus festival. Creamy off-white excellent mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate alty and hoppy nice aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Not as strong coffee note (thank god), and surprisingly fruity. Average finsih. Creamy palate. Very nice special brew.
