Backlog November 2009. Unclear amber body under a white head. Aroma has malt and fruity hops. Taste is sweet malt, fruity hops, hint of caramel and moderate bitterness. Medium body with a sweet and alcoholic aftertaste. Not quite balanced.

11/9/9/10/9/9

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. A gusher, leaving an unclear, orangey golden beer with a small, off-white head in the glass. Fluorine, pine cones and resins on the nose, with some hints of limestone. Fluorine, resins, pine cones and sweet malts in the mouth, full-bodied and almost astringent from the hops. Bitter finish. A decent beer, nothing more. Not unclean, not very well crafted. 091127

Bottled (BB 12/2009) as "Legetimen Imperial IPA"
Dark hazy orange color, small off-white head. Cheesy-woody hoppy nose. Woody hoppy, a bit harsh, not so much EBUs. Some toffee, leafy notes. Boring DIPA.

Bottled. Hazy deep amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is a lot of yeasy as well as fruity and floral hops. Flavour quite much the same. Quite bittery dry aftertaste. Yet a bit strange and off-balanced.

(Bottle at Timo A’s tasting, thanks) Dark brown and cloudy. Tan coloured and medium sized head. Hops and malts in bit musty aroma. Full bodied palate with medium carbonation. Malts, hops, sweetness, lightly molasses and quite lightly bitterness in taste. Malty aftertaste. Weak DIPA.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours hazy and opaque amber golden with a creamy, light brown head leaving laces. Fat hop aroma. Quite full-bodied with a shitload of malt and a whiff of peaches from the hops. Very bitter finish that also contains quite some alcohol. Not the world’s most refined Double IPA, but still quite drinkable. 131008
