50 cl bottle (4,3%) @ home. Rated on 11.10.2009
Lots and lots of foaming after the bottle was opened – and even more foam when pouring. Aroma feels a bit messy with wheaty notes and some citron. Palate is surprisingly too high on CO2. Flavour has soapy citrus, some spices and wheaty notes. Also a vichy‐like feeling typical to beers too high on CO2. Too messy but not hopeless.

Århus Ølfestival 2008. Hazy pale yellow, creamy white head. Papery, spicy, perfumed aroma. Light body. A bit worty, straw base flavor. Lemon, grass aftertaste.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, spices, some slight fruity as well as acidic notes. Flavour is coriander, zest, some wheat, mild acidic wooden notes as well. OK Witbier, but a rather "mainstream" beer by Hornbeer...

Bottled (BB 07/2012), alc. 4.3%
Hazy orange color, huge foamy white head. Coriander, orange peels and herbs in the nose. Very active carbonation. Flavor has wheat, coriander and vegetables. Too crisp, slightly odd. Not the best of Hornbeers.

(Bottle) Nearly a gusher. Beer was difficult to pour because of the enormous head forming. Colour is dirty yellow and it’s cloudy. Aroma contained coriander and citricness. Light bodied palate with very high carbonation. Coriander, citricness, some notes of oxidisation and light bitterness in taste. Very short and weak afertaste. Bad bottling perhaps - definately from the same batch as the previous rater’s one.

50 cl bottle. This one had gone bad, pours only a fluffy head. Even after the bottle had been open for 10 minutes. Aroma is metallic, mostly yeast flavor. After half a glass I poured it in the sink. Not very drinkable. On the bottle of the bottle thick layer of yeast, sediments. Have to rerate.

Draught @ Lord Nelson. Yellow, a little hazy. Sour apples in aroma. The taste is a little sour with lots of fruit without being too dry. Very drinkable!

Draught at Lord Nelson Copenhagen. Pours hazy golden-white. Slightly to sour, lots of apples in taste and aroma. Mouthfeel like apple cider.

Bottle. It’s an almost clear, pale golden beer with a nice white head. Grainy nose initially, soom followed by fruityness. Not very wit-like and not very good either. Fruity, rather dry flavor with some sweetness. Thin body, dry, with a nice carbonation. Short, grainy, dry and fruity finish. A rather disappointing beer from a brewery that delivers some fine ones.
