Poured from a bottle at CBF 09. Unclear yellow, ring of round dimples at the surface. Floral-grassy aroma. Smooth citric flavour mixed with wheat. Refreshing, but rather neutral on the palate. My twelfth taster from the brewery (17.05.2009).

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a n almost clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by coriander. Light-bodied, dry and lightly tart with distinct notes of elderflower. The finish is dry. A light and refreshing summer quencher. 110808

Bottled, Vejle. Cloudy white color, short head. Aroma is spicy of coriander, ginger. Yeasty. Bit dry. Too dry and spicy for a white beer, which I like to be more refreshing.

Bottle at Chris_o birthday bash 08. The colour you would expect a wit to be, gold/green with thin off white head. Soapy. Not great, bit empty. Not off, just very light. Some lemon. OK. But not one of the better wits.

Palest possible yellow, with a lasting white head. Grain, coriander and elderflower in the nose. Thin, sweet and floral flavour dominated by grain. Somewhat boring, but a perfect thirst quencher.
