LOW AND SLOW is a straight up 4.4% lager.
Brewed back in December 2021, we sat this one in tank whilst we all took a well-deserved break over Christmas. Real treat to come back to the brewery and rouse this well conditioned lager from sleep. Made with German Pilsner malt and hopped with Tettnang, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Huell Melon for an easy-drinking, no frills lager.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear, pale yellow with a frothy, pure white topping. Lightly sweet, clean, some pale biscuits, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more straw, light grass, biscuits. Lean and drinkable.
