Not employed as much as it was but used to devastating effect in this Single Hop IPA. A craft beer original, Centennial is a citrus hop, high in alpha with good aromatics. What better way to appreciate a classic hop? Take a trip!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up All Good Beer. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Lightly sweet, quite dry and pithy, minerally, notes of lemon peel, pine needles. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean, dry finish, sturdy bitterness, more lemon peel and pine needles, pithy grapefruit. Not bad.
