Cask at the Willow Walk (JDW), Victoria. Amber in colour with a tight cream head; crainy, citrus aroma; full bodied, with a an orange fruit flavour; quite sweet at first, but then well-balanced with a sharp grapefruit finish. A really mouth-watering Golden Ale. Ecellent.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise. Pours a clear, yellow-gold with a faint, filmy head. Sugary malt aroma with mild sweat, straw and citrus. Flavor is nice, pretty sweet with some honey and sun-kissed hay, lightly bitter with tangerine and grass. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish, lightly bitter, some bread and easy citrus rind. Very pleasant beer.

Draught. Clear golden with good white head. Very little aroma - bread? Light body and carbonation. Flavour had some sweet candy notes and some bitterness in finish. Good quaffing ale.

500ml bottle, as Essex Border Stour Valley, enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon at Naboen in Bergen. Hazy amber body topped by an one-finger, white head. Nice glass-lacing. Floral hoppy aroma. Malty flavour well paired with spicy hops. Dry bitter finish. Medium bodied. Actually a quite sophisticated beer (20.06.2009).
