Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with no head. Suggestions of fresh hops, lemon, pine needles, some pale bread, crunchy grains. Light bodied with soft carbonation; the condition is lacking. Finishes with more pale bread, lightly pithy lemon and grapefruit, biscuits. Could be quite nice but the condition brings it way down.
