Bottle at Salt Pig Too in Swanage. Grainy aroma with fruity hints. Amber. Frothy off-white head soon disappears apart from a few straggler bubbles. Medium bitter. Grains. Tangy sour berry sour streak. Spice and caramel develop. Light-medium bodied. Relatively thin but slick. Very lively fizzy carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Nice enough but ends up a but thin seeming. More of an ESB... perhaps an IPA - English.

From gravicask at The 25th Tuckers Maltings Beer Festival, shared with Finn. Bright amber body, naked surface, lacing rings down the glass. Lightly jam-like nose. Modest spiced fruity flavours followed by some impact of leafy hops to the ending. Average, more or less (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).
