Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts, impart a modest sweetness. The quartet of hops bring crispy cooling pine, modest and slightly tangy citrus, whisper of peel. Buried well underneath are whispers of floral tangerine and peach. A mild bitterness on the light crisp finish. Clean and very drinkable but lacking any real hop punch.

Keg at Queen's Head. It pours hazy golden - orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fairly bright, juicy, zingy, peach, nectarine, mango, tangy, sweet - sour and soft sweet bread. The taste is rather smooth upfront, less bitterness than I would normally expect from the Kernel, hearty bready malts , juicy, tangy, melon, peach, apricot, mango, marmalade, slash of Fanta and muted alcohol presence. Medium and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite heavy / robust for the abv. Fruity and flavourful but would prefer more bitterness to support the sweet fruits.
