A straw coloured, pale ale, with a clean, fresh & uncomplicated taste. The hops add a crisp bitterness, making it very drinkable.

Ingredients:
100% Maris Otter pale ale malt in the mash
English Goldings & First Gold hops in the copper. Both hops are known for their crisp and refreshing bitterness.

Cask at GBBF: Poured a golden with a white head. Sweet malt aroma. Taste is sweet with malts light hops bitter.

10/7/2019. Cask at the 30th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours clear mid-gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, straw, malt and tropical fruit salad. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ Ealing Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, grass and has a nice sweet fruity finish.

Cask @ Thornbury Castle, London. Paler golden with next to no head. A pale ale with an appealing dryness. Has some slightly tangy fruits with a low fruitiness. There’s a hint of grain in its nose.

Cask ½ pint at Gig House, Wokingham, on June 14, 2017.Buttery, sweet, not what I expected taste. Buttery, sweet aftertaste. Medium full, low CO2 mouthfeel. Very low to low bitterness. Clear golden color, white head with lacing. Malty a bit fruity hoppy scent.Not something I’d go for again really.6/4/4/3/9=2.6

Cask gravity at the Berko beer fest . a light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet Base malts, vanilla, orange rind, grassy citrus. Flavour is composed of grainy, damp hay, straw, tangerine, grassy hop. Little pineapple. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation, raw grains. Rustic.

Cask at the Hope And Champion, Beaconsfield. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is light citrus malt. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a big citrus fruit, light yeast, light malt palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Gravity dispense at the brewery, 05/04/14. Clear golden amber with a god sized off white covering. Nose is caramel, biscuit malt, marshmallow, light citrus. Taste comprises bready tones, popcorn, caramel, toasted notes, hint of orange. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough sessioner.
