Birra dalla doppia originalità: è la prima birra italiana a trarre ispirazione dalla ‘Sticke’ di Dusseldorf ed è anche la prima birra piemontese le cui materie prime furono in origine prodotte e trasformate sul territorio.
Presentata al GBBF di Londra nel 2006, ha un colore rame ossidato, un discreto tenore alcolico, un sapore complesso con un piacevole retrogusto amarognolo ed un compatto cappello di schiuma.
E’ una birra decisa, pensata per accompagnare i piatti robusti della cucina tradizionale piemontese.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. Brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is sour, caramel, hop, malt . Flavour is sour, caramel, hop, malt, roasted. OK beer.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. It pours a nice ruby to brown body with some micro-sized floaties and a big, creamy beige head. The aroma is quite nice, with malts, fruits and dried fruits, but there’s also a sourness that I couldn’t decide if I liked or not. The same sourness is present in the mouth as well, and so is a balanced malt and fruit flavor with some roasted malt. Full-bodied, effervescent and warming in the mouth. The beer finishes more or less in the same way the flavor starts, and the sourness is also present. I ended up thinking the sourness shouldn’t be there, and would have lifted my rating by .3 to .4 points without it. Still, a quite nice beer. (080301)

bevuta a pianeta birra scura buona schiuma color cappuccino sentori maltati tostato buon corpo in bocca piena non eccessivamente aromatica ma interessante ben bilanciata
