È grazie all’infusione di questa bacca durante il processo di fermentazione che la Red Erik prende il suo colore inimitabile.
Una rossa disarmante.
E la spettacolarità se la trascina anche nel gusto: frutta, malto, caramello, la magia è nella bocca di chi la beve.
Provare a descriverla è quasi un peccato: non vorrete rovinarvi la sorpresa!
Volete berla con della carne alla griglia? Potete.
Formaggi? Anche.
Cibi vichinghi di tutto rispetto.

Bottle. Almost no head - same as when you pour a soda. Color is red like a rasperry soda. Aroma is sweet but not very strong. Taste is sweet, fresh and fruity.

Die durchsichteige Flasche gibt den Blick auf eine rot-braune Flüssigkeit frei. Das Etikett ist an den Stellen, wo kein Text steht, ebenfalls durchsichtig. Am Flaschenhals steht auf dem goldenen Papier "Imported from Denmark". Das Bier schäumt kaum auf, der Geruch ist fruchtig-süß. Der erste Schluck bestätigt dies, zwar ist es zu Beginn eher herb als süß und leicht alkoholisch, ein fruchtiges Aroma kommt abe von Anfang an auf, obwohl es sich hier noch zurückhält. Im Nachgeschmack dann entfaltet das fruchtige Aroma sich dann ganz, dazu kommt ein kernig herbes Abschluss-Aroma. Sehr nettes Bier. Bottle. Very good mostly lasting head, wonderfull red colour. Week aroma, almost nothing. Wonderfull taste. powerfull long lasting. A very good beer.

Bottle. Aroma is a little acidic, reminding me of white wine. Clear red colour, hint of brown. The head is pink/white and unstable. Quite peppery flavour, a little sweet. Aftertaste not very pleasant, strangely bitter.

(Bottle 33 cl) To my knowledge this beer is brewed in Århus, Denmark but is not sold on the domestic market. (I believe that Ceres did market a beer here in the late 70s by a pretty similar name). Reddish (like Kriek) even the head is pink. Some sweet malt flavours and perhaps some fruity notes (berries?). Rather eminent alcohol. 300999

Red beer with little head, and a slightly raspberry aroma with hints of aniseed. A fruity and malty flavour that is fizzy on the palate. A reasonable fruity beer.

Strange red (strawberry-like) color; pink head, persistent. Light aroma, sweetish malt body, correctly balanced at the end.

Clear red/orange color, short head. Fruity red beer. Fruity and malty taste and palate. Easy to drink.

Bottled(330ml). -I was very disappointed with this beer; such a lovely red-amber colour and such a bed beer, little head, sweet, fruity finish

A red-amber beer with no head. It has a nice sweet yet a little sour aroma. The flavor is OK - of an OK malt blend with hints of the alcohol content and ending in a nice bitterness. It gets sweeter and sweeter the more You drink. An OK beer.
