Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, spices, malt. Flavour is spices, malt, fruit, sweet, herbs, hop, yeast, alcohol. Easy drinkable beer.

Bottle. (#47) An unclear, golden beer with a nice, dense off-white head. Alcohol, some spicyness, malt and some caramel in the aroma, quite pleasant. Spices, mint being the most prominent, and malty sweetness blending in nicely. Full, warming, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, and a long finish with pale-malty sweetness, some alcohol and a spicy touch. A nicely spiced beer, sure drinkable on it’s own, maybe a bit on the alcohol side, but I think it goes better with food. Rating: 6-4-7-3-13-3.3. 080302

Bottle, as Påsketrippel 2009. A hazy, golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head on top. The aroma has cloves, some cardamom I think and a good load of malty sweetness. The flavor is spiced and sweet, some malts and a touch of fruityness too. Bitter and spiced finish, but a bit weak. Full body. A quite decent beer, but I would like something to eat when drinking it, it’s not a beer well suited to just drink. 100611

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear, pale amber golden with a tiny, off-white head and small, floating impurities. Ginger-like aroma. Medium-bodied with sweet notes of fruit and again ginger. Somewhat astringent bitterness in the finish. 220308

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Powerfull nice hoppy aroma. Strong orange notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter not very fruity finish. Oily palate. Boring tripel, but not bad.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is soapy ginger. Flavour is ginger and slight caramel malty. Finish is smooth caramel and light yeasty. Bitter and light ginger finish. Nice caramel malt base (does remind me of a tripel) but terrible choice of spice, ginger in a triple..?
