(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, deep golden with a dense, white head. Sweetish malty nose. Medium body with a solid and lightly sweet malt base. Has an unfortunate light fusty tang. Dry and lightly bitter finish with some alcohol. 210608

Wenig malzig. Süffiger und milder Bock. Danke an MoritzF für das Bier! (33cl bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, deep golden colour with a medium-sized, off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet, slightly grainy malt aroma, slightly honey-fruity with spicy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with a soft grainy touch, notes of honey; mild malty, subtle fruity finish with a present herbal, slightly spicy hops character. Solid pale Bock (22.02.08).

Bottle: Golden coloured, small but rather stable white foamy layer; shy grainy-bready-bisquity nose with a hoppy tinge; robust bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering bitter-hoppy ("oaky") finish, rounded by atinge of pale malt and some bisquits. Not the most aromatic Bock, but strong and tasty.........
