Hazy pale gold beer. No real head. Nice saison like nose with a little orange. Crisp palate, semi dry. Pleasantly sour orange and lemon. Sour enough to be interesting but not puckery. Orange dominates the lemon but the lemon does bite. Finishes dry and crisp. Light and very refreshing.

Milky white with big head, very good appearance for a wit. Aroma is soft citrus notes and a bit of tannin funk, a bit detergent-like but not excessively so. Taste is soft lemon and wheat with no cloyingness, a big plus for me and witbiers. Modestly dry finish with alcohol on the tongue. Pretty good for the style.

A golden hazy blonde wit with a super thick frothy and lacing white head. In aroma, very nice saison like qualities, à la Fantôme, herbaceous, frankincense, epsom salts, quite nice. In aroma, a sweet malt with loads of coriander, some light malt sweetness, some nice bitterness, herbaceous. Bottle from la Cave à Bulles, May 2010, tasted with GRM, Probstk and Mike H., Oct. 8 2010.

Bottle, from trade with papsoe. A yellowish golden beer, almost clear, topped by a vanishing, minimal white head. Citrusy nose, orange the most evident, with some spices and sourness. Citric, orangey and lemony flavor with bitter orange peel and a little spicyness. Acidic finish. Quite thin body, astringent. It wasn’t a very good beer, might have gone bad. (080413)

Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate citrus - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, and a dry and sour acidic finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (290308)

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Very hazy pale golden with a small, off-white head. Distinct aroma of citrus and coriander. Medium body with distinctly tart citrus notes - clearly infected - and an astringently sour finish. No real malt to be detected in here. 290308

Muddy straw coloured beer with a disappearing white head. Strong spicy aroma, I’m thinking cardemum. Acid attack, tastes like lemon juice with spice.
