Hazy amber color. Quite ordinary Ale, simple malt, some sweetness, more bitter than the average, not a good yeast choice, very light impression of infection at the end; some late caramel.

Amber color; big head. Sweet aroma, somehow chemical. Malty taste but too bitter. Odd.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy dark amber colour with a huge, crude head and again overly carbonated. Fruity nose, but I cannot really detect what sort of fruit. Soft, malty flavour with notes of bon-bons and only a weak, short bitterness. A beer that’s really hard to pinpoint. 011005

Huge yellow-peachy head, quite dense: faintly hazy orange-amber beer. Spicey nose, with ginger but also bog myrtle and faint citrus. Fruitiness slowly gains on the spices. Slightly adstringent, fiery-spicey taste; ginger and other root-spices. Bitterish, but with a lot of sweeter cookie-like malts. Adstringent, as said, but also surprisingly well-bodied for a 6% ABV beer. Typical micro-brewer beer, on the edge of homebrewing. For the amateurs of the spicey style, good one to try out.
