Bottle shared. Pours light hazy orange with a small fizzy white head. Notes of sulfur up front, slowly easing into a more pleasant sweet appley and lightly floral taste. Some peary and peachy notes too.

Bottle, 37 cl corked, from trade with Papsoe. It’s a clear, golden cider with some carbonation and a small, white head. Apples and cellar in the aroma, a good dash of cores as well. Quite dry, but not as dry as expected, a bit thin. Good apple flavor with some sulphury notes even though it’s not added. Apples with cores in the finish. A quite nice one, but a bit watery. 100227

Bottle. From Meyers Deli. Warm dark yellow colour. Nice apple aroma. Semi dry apple flavor. Slightly sour and not too overwelming barnyard/leather notes. Average finish. Ok but expensive cider.

Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear medium yellow color with a small, virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is apple, sour apple, wood, dust. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft. (290308)

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Vintage 2006. Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, pale golden with a small, rough white head. Tart apple aroma. Medium body with tart apple notes and a somewhat astringent, sourish finish. Decent farmhouse cider. 290308

Clear golden with no head. Sweet fruity and slightly dry aroma with primarily apple notes. Dry and fresh flavor with apples, grapes and honey notes. Well balanced. Finishes dry.

Cloudy pale yellow withno head. Fresh apple and a hint of yeast in the aroma. Sweet apple flavour at first impression, but tart and with a dry finish.

37.5 cL bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours cloudy yellow with no head. Dry phenol and apple aroma. Seems dry. Flavour is mild apple and dry flavoured with a little impurity but works well. Light phenol and dry apple flavour into the finish. Lovely cider.
