Bottle. Murky amber, golden head. Sweet malt, tart lightly infected, yet still underattenuated, more or less the house character.

hazy copper color, small creamy beige head. Sour, caramelly aroma. Vegetables, sourness, grassy hops, some caramel. Infected? Not really pleasant anymore.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruits, raisins and some mild acidic infection notes. Flavour is sweet malts, fruits, raisins and mild infection notes. With yeast poured in didn’t improve or make the beer worse in any way.

Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Unclear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, straw, dust, light medicine and some notes of raisin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (290308)

Hazy deep orange with tiny beige head. Sweet fruity aroma with lavendar and raisins. Sweet flavor with ripe fruits, caramel and roasted malt.

Muddy red brown with a small white head. Apple from the malt dominates an allround fruity aroma. Sweet and malty flavour. I didn’t really pick up any raisins.

50 cL bottle, 6%@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours hazy brown with a fully diminished white head. Berry fruity and malt aroma. Flavour is sweet and light malty. Shows a mild raisin sweetness in the far finish. Ends with a nice mix of sweet fruit and nice lingering malt flavour.

Bottle. Dark orange, hazy body with a nice beige head. Sweetish aroma, with dried fruits, caramel and a wee sour note. Lightly roasted malt, dried fruits, caramel, hops and sourness in the flavor. Medium body, lightly astringent, with a dry, lightly hopped and sweet finish. The beer is not as sour as most Samsø beers I’ve had, maybe it’s because it was relatively fresh? Anyway, the beer would have gotten a higher rating without the off-flavor. (070625)

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Nice amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. A little acetic, a little lactic infection is present. Moderate bitter flavor. Slightly acetic. Short finish. Watery palate.
