Bottiglia. Sentori di fruttato vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il finale è amarognolo. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e pompelmo rosa.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel and mild dried fruits as well as some wooden tones. Flavour is caramel, some bitterness, raisins, some sweet fruity and mild wood.

14 September 2020. At Doppio Malto, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear amber with a lasting, thin, off-white head; some lacing. Aroma of red apple, pink grapefruit, peanut, brioche, herbs, raisin, pomegrenate. Taste has sweet apple, raisin & blood orange, balanced by bitter grapefruit in a peanutty-biscuity malty body. Earthy hoppy finish, distinctly grapefruity, almost 'dark' malty with a very soft alcohol glow. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Decent but feels more like a hoppy Red/Amber.

Draft: Poured a coppery brown with beige head. Aroma is hoppy, floral, fruity. Taste is hoppy floral.

Draught @ the brewpub, Rome. Pours hazy dark amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt nd yeast, with hoppy notes and touches of grass. Bitter flvour of hops and citrus, with notes of malt and yeast and touches of smoke and wood. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle. Amber color, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet and caramel, candies and dried fruits light, jam. Taste: sweetish caramel, wine, bitter, jam, raisins.

Draft - Caramel and Some Buttery notes. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Caramel and a light bitterness. Nothing like an IPA.

Bottle, grazie Daniele. Amber bright pour with an irregular and creamy ivory foam. Nose: a strange aroma of cherries, sweet ham of red fruit. Mouth: thin, unpleasant bitterness and a strange feel of a bitter digestive.

Bottle @ Sirmione, Lago di Garda. Pours dark brown with small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light chocolate, light flowery hops, little citrus. Flavor is malty, caramel, flowers and citrusly hops. Medium body, soft carbonation, light dry and bitter finish. 090815
