Hazy deep amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Creamy malt nose. Smooth palate with mild carbonation. Smooth malt, a little caramel. Fair bit of aniseed before mild orange hop kicks in. Semi dry finish. Bitter aftertaste. Not bad!

Small rim; amber-orange beer. Some hops, ureum, hopsacks. Malt backing detectable but unobtrusive; Hops, again with a bit more ureum. Falls flat in the finish, especially warming up. Bit sharp MF, rather aggressive. Beer does’nt keep up warming, falling flat.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty moderate hoppy aroma. Not so hoppy as IPAs usually are. Spicey woody flavor. Long nice "oak" finish. Oily palate. I like this one.

Hazy mahogany (!) beer with a small, but lasting off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with some pine-y American hops. Malty sweet flavour with plenty grapefruit hops and a little alcohol showing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy, deep amber golden with tiny impurities and an off-white head. Light aroma of oily hops. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel and fruit. Some light touches of citrusy hops. Not that bad of an offering for an Italian IPA. 191207

Bottled. A golden beer with lots of protein gunk floating around under a rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and fruit - especieally citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus and dusty hops as well as some sour vegetables.

Corked bottle at the brewpub
Cloudy light amber color. The aroma is hoppy and lightly fruity, sugar too. Medium body strength, powerful bitterness, but not as much Cascade a promised.
