Bottle, thx to HenrikSoegaard. A clear, golden pour with microfloaties and a medium-sized beige head. Quite hoppy for a Belgian-style strong ale, but that seems to be the new thing, and I like it. Gives a new dimention to them, but we need both styles. There’s also a fruity aroma, and a little spicy touch. Caramel-sweet flavor with some citrus and spices. Full body. Long, sweet finish with some bitterness. Really pleasant, at least to my taste. (080302)

Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen
Hazy golden color. The aroma is a bit fruity (peach) and sweet. Sweetish flavor, with a light fruity touch too, quite strong bitterness at the end. The right yeast gives a light Belgian touch. Not bad.

(On tap) Cloudy amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Quite full-bodied with sweetish fruit notes, a distinct yeastiness, some honey and spices and a little tired mouthfeel. Subdued bitterness. 040907
