Hazy nut brown colour with medium head.Aroma of walnuts and cake,flavor of sweet caramel aswell,feels mild and easy to drink.

Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with, indeed, a cabbage-y touch of DMS. Flavour is strongly caramel and biscuit dominated, in a strange way that I have trouble describing. Plus, there is no real hop flavour to match the quite high bitterness. I appreciate the effort to go for an English rather than American PA, but it doesn’t work for me.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Fruity nose with a whiff of honey. Medium body with light notes of caramel and a fairly hoppy finish. Hoppy yes but not very aromatic. 281207

50 cL bottle, thanks to Myrup. Pours golden and clear deep orange to amber with a diminished off-white head. Dried fruity aroma. Flavour is fruity, slight woody. Quite dry actually. Finish is light woody and dry. Nice but a rather unconventional pale ale.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and ligth hoppy aroma. Ligth sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Slightly caramellic. Average finish. Creamy palate. Well balanced and nice beer.

Bottle. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma is caramel, syrup and malt. Taste is likewise.
