Golden color, small white head. Citrus, honey and raisins in the nose (like Finnish "mead"). Light citrusy hoppy pale malty flavor. Oily hoppy finish. Rounded, decent session beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale amber, minimal head. Grapefruity nose. Quite dry with rounded mouthfeel. Freshly hoppy with medium bitterness. Tasty, but quite one-dimensional.

(Draught at Brewpub Köbenhavn, 24 July 2008) Copper colour with brief, white head. Fruity, fresh nose with balanced notes of elderflowers. Floral, fruity taste with notes of citrus, elderflowers and balanced bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Quiet nice, the elderflowers are evident, but never really take over too much.

Draught @ BrewPub København, 1456 Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate hoppy, perfume, flowers, elder flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (010208)

Draught at brewpub. creamy white fair mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Powerfull heavy bitter flavor. Long nice bitter finish. Creamy palate. Icouldt recognice "the ellhorn" (elderberry) during tasting but it is a very good beer.

100ml taster, draught in the cosy Biergarten of the Brewpub. Appealing floral aroma from a clear, light amber body. Filmy foam. A nice summer flavour of hops and dried fruits followed by a dry hopped ending with a discreet bitter touch. Medium palate and well balanced. A very good start to a few relaxing days in Copenhagen (01.08.2007).

Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours clear orange with little lacing. Clear grapefruit aroma with a mild malt base beneath. Malty and grapefruit flavoured, good bitterness into the finish. Solid pale ale a bit overdone on the grapefruit note.
