On tap at the Brewpub in Copenhagen. Copper color with a small beige foam that disappeared quickly. Aroma of malt, nuts, citrus and some weak hints of smoke. The taste was nothing special, not so fresh in terms of citrus and tropical fruits that I had hoped for. Clearly this was a British IPA. The bitterness was mild, also some yeast in the taste. A lot of nuts inte aftertaste. A bit watery and boring.

Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma had pine and citrus hops with a sweet earthy undertone. Flavor was similar to that of the aroma with quite a bitter finish.

Cask Conditioned at the brewpub, 6-3-6-3-10=28
Hazy deep blond color; persistent head. Some aroma of apples skins, glue, yeast. The flavor is simple, some malt, yeast, sweeter than the keg. Correct bitterness. Too much yeast. Dusty. Flawed.

Draught at the brewpub, 5-3-5-2-9=24
Hazy deep blond color; small head. Almost no aroma, a bit yeasty. Poor flavor, little carbonation. Correct bitterness. Simple.

Small white head. Copper body with light carbonation. Strong aroma of tropical fruit, honey, and resin, all from the hops, I suspect. Clear, clean, and harmonic. Sweet, deep fruity earthy malt taste with honeyish resiny notes as well as some wood and perhaps a little alcohol. Chalky pea notes. Bitter dandelion and fruit aftertaste. Excellent!
