Exactly what it says on the label; golden in colour with a zesty, hoppy aroma and clean refreshing flavours. The light malts & fruity hop profile make this a simple and quaffable golden session ale.

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Pale gold colour with a decent, off-white head and plenty of carbonation. Aroma of sweet malt with some hay and floral slightly peppery hops. Light mouth feel with some malt flavours, a touch of bitter orange and a tangy citrus dry finish. Good.

500 ml bottle. A golden body with a big creamy white head, aggressive carbonation. Fine but not very strong aroma of pale malt and citrus fruit. Flavour is sweetish light malt with some fruit and a rather harsh bitterness. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. A bit plain.

Aroma has English hops, some hay, grainy malt and hints of biscuits. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with hay, grainy notes, hints of gooseberry bush and grass. A good Blond!

50cl bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours somewhere between gold and amber in fact with a nice generous head. The nose is very much like breakfast cereal, grainy with a bit of creaminess. The taste has more grain and a citrus tang. The palate is medium bodied and medium textured with a clean finish. Overall, good session ale but Bruce ’n’ Scott can do a lot better than this!

0.5l bottle @ Henrik, Bergen shared with ClubGonzo. This one pours a pale golden body with a heavy lacing, sidesticking white head. Aroma is mild with some light grassy notes, watery fruits and hints of hops. Average carbonation, quite light-bodied and it has a thin and watery mouthfeel. Flavors are quite bland, but you can sense some mild malts and weak hops. Ends with a nice light malty finish and aftertaste. Mild is the keyword on this one.
