Exactly what it says on the label; golden in colour with a zesty, hoppy aroma and clean refreshing flavours. The light malts & fruity hop profile make this a simple and quaffable golden session ale.

Big offwhite head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity dusty floral aroma with wooden notes. Dry wooden floral taste with resiny strawy fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Dusty astringent mouthfeel. Dry caramelly floral wooden aftertaste with metallic notes. Excellent, and hugely drinkable. (0.5l bottle, Centra, Oslo.)

500 ml bottle, bought at Vaaland Spesialbutikken, Bryne. ABV is 3.9%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Nice hoppy aroma, notes of fruits, berries and pine forest. The flavour is zesty and fruity with a nice hop character, some citrus notes, a piney bitterness in the finish. I’ve said it before: I’m a sucker for golden ales like this one, with their moderate ABV and refreshingly hoppy character.

(bottle, 3.9% abv) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Lemon- and citrus-fruity, also slightly floral hoppy aroma with a tinge of cara-malt in the background. Slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a mildly carbonated mouthfeel. Soft malty base with aromatic fruity (citrus, apricot) and slightly flowery hoppy notes, lingering into the slim and moderately bitter finish. Pleasant light Ale. 13.XII.09

Bottled (from K Citymarket, Rauma). Golden colour with mediumsized fluffy head, that settles into a small foamy thing. slight lace. Aroma is strongly zesty, fruity and flowery hoppy as well as mildly yeasty. Flavour is quite much the same in a quite bitter way. Bitter and quite dry biting finish.

Bottle. Golden with lots of carbonation and a light white head. Floral aroma, malts and hops. Some kind of resemblence with a cheep lager, hop bitterness just for the sake of it?

Clear golden colour, huge foamy white head. Aroma is a bit skunky. Grassy hops. Flavour is malty and fruity (indeed, grapefruit). Slighly bitter. Disappointing.

500ml Bottle - Dark golden/amber in colour with a white ehad. Grassy aroma with some citrus and hoppy notes. Hoppy and fresh taste with grapefruit and a pleasant but not overwhelming bitterness. Bags of flavour for the strength.
