12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 4/12/2013. Pours slightly cloudy golden amber color with a 2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, grape, cracker, bread, wheat, floral, grass, herbal, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, grape, cracker, bread, wheat, floral, grass, herbal, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruits, cracker, bread, wheat, floral, grass, herbal, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance of hop, malt, and yeast ester flavors; with no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good kolsch style. Good balance of flavors, and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

12oz bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a bright white head. The aroma comes across sweet with malts and then faint floral hops and sweet wort like grainy malts. The taste begins with a mix of sweet cherry fruity esters, floral hops and sweet malts. It gets more and more grainy midway and into the finish which helps cover up the bit of esters I’m getting. Decent but this sways to the sweet side for the style.

27/VII/13 - 12 Fl. Oz. bottle @ home - bottled: II/15/13 (2013-672)Thanks to Yuang for the bottle!

Clear dark yellow beer, fizzy small white irregular head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, bit sugary, honey, fruity notes, grapes. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sweet start, bit sugary, tangerines, bit lemony, slightly bitter hops, some citrus. Aftertaste: little bitter, white grapes, grassy touch, pretty water. Not as bad as I had feared.

Light Yellow, Huge Foamy Head, Lots of Spotty Lacing. Sweet, light sour, decent bitter finish. Borderline watery, easy to drink. True representation of the Kölsch style. Pretty Good for what it is. The only thing that surprised me... made in NY...

Bottle. Great looking beer with thick white head. Full aroma, fruit and fresh hay. Flavour is something of a disappointment. Rather thin grass. Something of a pickle juice note in the finish
