(Bottle 33 cl) Very classical Danish pilsener - yellowish golden, very small head. Lovely flowery nose. Somewhat watery and only a slight bitterness. Decent for a Danish pils. 130899

Pale gold; bubbly white head, fast gone. At first "herb" hoparoma, but very volatile, leaving a faint, cookie malt nose. For the taste a malty base (pale, crystal) and a bitterish palate. No-thing else. Very watery texture. If drinking water were still infectious as in Mediaeval times, this could have been excused.

A yellow beer with a fine but fast disappearing head. The aroma is hoppy, fresh, and malty. The flavor is also fresh, slightly hoppy and with a nice malt sweetness. One of the best lagers around.
