0,5 flaske fra tilbudshylla hos Ninkasira, på altanen i Sandbjerggade mai-18: 25c, skyfri himmel, vindstille og 5 timers sykkeltur er unnagjort. Da smaker det meste godt, men denne er faktisk god uansett - lyse frukter, gjær, banan, forsiktig krydret og med mildt innslag av søte appelsiner. Imøtekommende bitterhed og saftig afslutning.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour. Small quickly deminishing head. Aroma: spicy yeast, apples & pears, slightly phenolic. Light to medium body. Soft carbo. Spicy taste. Additional malts. Sweetish. Light minus bitterness. Feels somewhat homebrewish.

Barwa pomarańczowa, zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanej trwałości i obfitości. W aromacie... utlenione, ziemiste, po ogrzaniu wychodzi coś w stylu starej ryby, zupy pomidorowej - coś się popsuło. W smaku półsłodkie, chlebowe, utlenione, zupa pomidorowa, ziemistość, znikome przyprawy, w ogóle nie czuć żadnej Belgii. Wysycenie niskie, goryczka do niskiej. Fakt, że Kingpin czasem cieniznę wypuszcza, to przywykłem, ale to piwo to już dramat.

Thanks! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT 2017. Hazy orange, white bubbles. Nose is huge DE style sweet banana in poor bubble-gum fashion thick yeast. Taste is all yeast with huge overly sweet banana, soap, excessive yeast, sugar. Body is unpleasant overly heavy banana. What a strange beer, a supposed saison that tastes like a poor Hefeweizen of sort, just that banana, yeast, sweetness,…. Not that good. I have definitely had better from Kingpin.

Bottle shared @ ZZT 2017. Hazy yellow to light orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, malts, a bit citrus, lightly white pepper, light citrus bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle@Jespers - Golden orange pour with white head. Sweet fruity and floral hoppy, some perfumed floral hoppy action, light citrus fruity, light to medium body, yeasty notes, light fruity and floral into the finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and slight fruity. Sweet, fruity. Light estery. Mellow. Estery and bubblegum finish.

Bottle @home. Clear golden with a small white head. Smells malts, yeasty. Tastes malty, yeasty, slightly weird. I can't put my finger on what exactly I don't like about this. Medium body, soft carbo.
