This brown winter seasonal beer has ruby highlights. The taste if of fruit cake, toffee and cola leading to a complex finish of malt, hops, fruit and spices with a light ginger burn on the tongue. Honey, ginger, cinnamon & orange peel are all added.

Cask (handpump) @ New Oxford, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, moderate to light heavy cardamom, notes of clove. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (170108)
